Co-founder and CEO of NewLeaf Symbiotics and experienced entrepreneur. Tom has successfully founded and run 5 companies in the ag, finance, and production areas. He speaks fluent Russian and lived in Moscow, Russia for 17 years, where he led Monsanto USSR for 3 years. He co-founded Vitas Company, which was an agent for Monsanto in Russia for 10 years, and was a consultant to Monsanto for another 11 years. Tom earned a BA magna cum laude from Brown University in '80, an MPPM from Yale in '88, and a PhD in Political Economy from RPFU in Moscow in '95.
