Nicola is the founder of Contain Inc., a fintech hub for controlled environment agriculture. The Company works with 40+ leading equipment vendors, and with a pool of 30+ lenders to facilitate indoor agriculture equipment leases. It is home to two additional indoor agriculture platforms: microlearning platform Rooted Global and pre-owned farm equipment marketplace Equipped. This is her second venture in indoor agriculture, having founded, built, and successfully exited Indoor Ag-Con, a premier industry event. Previously, she worked in real assets investments in Europe, Asia, and the US at companies such as ABN Amro and SEI Investments. A graduate with honors of Magdalen College, Oxford, where she studied politics, philosophy, and economics, Nicola also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
