Brad Van De Woestyne, Ph.D., is the Manager of Agronomic Innovation at John Deere. In this role he is responsible for identifying innovative solutions that unlock economic value in corn and soybean crop production systems.

Since beginning with Deere Brad has leveraged agronomics, systems engineering and sensing technologies to design and develop products utilizing multispectral imagery to detect nitrogen sufficiency in corn. 

Brad holds degrees in Crop Sciences from University of Illinois, Agronomy from Iowa State University and Systems Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
