Will works in agricultural and energy markets assisting producers, processors, end-users and traders in capturing opportunity and minimizing risk. He directs the firm’s commodity risk management consulting operations. Will is also a principal of Atten Babler Commodities LLC, a guaranteed introducing broker of ADM Investor Services, where he provides futures, options and OTC brokerage services. Previously, Will was an engineer at John Deere working in design, manufacturing, business analysis and marketing. He also worked for Avista Inc. as a developer of avionics software for Boeing and Rockwell Collins. Will is also engaged in renewable energy, regenerative agriculture and conservation activities. He is a developer of renewable energy projects, a partner in a Midwest perennial crop farm, and he serves on the finance committee of the Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation. He is also a board member of Mercaris, an organic and identity-preserved agricultural trading and market data company, and a board member of the Savanna Institute, a non-profit advancing agroforestry in the Midwest. As a National Merit Scholar, Will attended Iowa State University on a full academic scholarship. After completing his bachelors of science in mechanical engineering, he attended the Stuart Graduate School of Business where he completed a graduate program in financial markets.
